By connecting to and playing on AeroXMC (“the Server”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use or access the Server.
1.1. You must follow all in-game rules as posted on our website, Discord, and/or in-game.
1.2. No cheating, hacking, exploiting, or use of unauthorized modifications.
1.3. No harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory language.
1.4. No griefing, scamming, or stealing unless explicitly allowed in certain gamemodes.
1.5. No spamming, advertising, or promoting other servers without permission.
2.1. You are responsible for all actions taken on your Minecraft account while connected to AeroXMC.
2.2. We are not responsible for stolen accounts, compromised passwords, or loss of access due to Mojang/Microsoft bans.
2.3. Keep your login credentials private and secure.
3.1. Violating the rules may result in warnings, temporary bans, permanent bans, mutes, or other actions at our staff’s discretion.
3.2. Punishments are determined on a case-by-case basis. Staff decisions are final.
3.3. You may appeal punishments through our official appeal process.
4.1. All payments for in-game ranks, items, or perks are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
4.2. Chargebacks will result in an immediate permanent ban.
4.3. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to purchased items if the server shuts down, resets, or changes.
5.1. All server files, plugins, maps, and content are the property of AeroXMC unless stated otherwise.
5.2. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove content, features, or the entire server at any time without notice.
5.3. Gameplay data may be reset during updates, events, or server changes.
6.1. AeroXMC and its staff are not responsible for any damages, losses, or data corruption caused by use of the server.
6.2. We do not guarantee uptime, performance, or that the server will always be bug-free.
7.1. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Server means you accept the updated Terms.
7.2. Changes will be posted on our website and/or Discord.
By joining AeroXMC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
As states in the Terms of Service agreement above:
